Abstract of the talk: This talk examines the field of change leadership at the beginning of the twenty-first century. The authors identify the key themes in the study of change leadership through the lens of content and process frames of reference. Examples and best practices are shared.

About: Jyotika Athavale is a Director, Engineering Architecture at Synopsys, leading quality, reliability and safety research, pathfinding, standards and architectures for data centers and automotive applications. Prior to Synopsys, she was Lead Technologist, Functional Safety Architecture at NVIDIA. Prior to NVIDIA, Jyotika was Principal Engineer (Director) at Intel Corporation leading corporate-wide RAS and Functional Safety architectures. Jyotika also serves as the 2024 President of the global IEEE Computer Society, overseeing overall IEEE-CS programs and operations. She leads and influences several international standardization initiatives in the area of RAS/safety in IEEE, ISO, SAE, IEC, JEDEC and OCP.

Abstract of the talk: Establishing yourself as a thought leader can help you develop your career, bring in new possibilities, and offer value to the organization you work for. This much is obvious at this point. But how exactly does one go about establishing themselves as a thought leader? In this talk I will  help you build a thought leadership strategy that will compound growth over time.

About: Marianna Semprini got a BS in Biomedical Engineering and a MS in Bioengineering (Neuroengineering curriculum) both at the University of Genoa (Italy) in 2004 and 2007 respectively. In 2007 she was research fellow at Northwestern University (Chicago, IL, USA). In 2011 she received a PhD in Robotics, Neurosciences and Nanotechnologies from the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT). She currently coordinates the research activities of the IIT-INAIL Rehab Technologies Lab of Italian Institute of Technologies. Her current interests are  neurorehabilitation, neuroprostheses and neural control of movement.
